Alright =) By now I think almost everyone will think that I have permanently stopped blogging. If you're observant enough to notice this little secret corner in the recesses of my blog then congrats to you, because you're really perceptive.

Anyways, been really training alot for my competitions, after videoing myself down a few times with the help of a very helpful willy haha. I think I have long ways to go.

Alot of the moves which I have been training during my daily sessions are now too easy for me to do and very redundant. Especially because I'll never use those moves ever. Well, I'm really happy to take part in this competition because it helped me to realize alot of things.

So the buzzword for my next months of training is "FOCUS". I've been learning alot of moves but I haven't really been focusing.

My Current Training Itinerary:
Handstands
- Handstand Leg Grab (too easy now)
- Eclipse (too easy)
- Hollowback
- Handstand Spins
- Handstand Switches

Baby Freezes
- Baby Freeze to Airchair
- Baby Freeze to Headstand
- Baby Freeze to Forearm Freeze
- Baby Freeze Walks

Spins
- Airchair Spins
- Windmills

Shoulder Freeze (Shoulde Freeze is really a rubbish freeze)
- Shoulder Freeze Leg Thread
- Shoulder Freeze Spin
- Shoulder Freeze Walk
- Shoulder Freeze to Baby Freeze

A large portion of my daily schedule involved me practicing shoulder freezes, which actually, that I just realized, looks like total bull. So I'm taking the entire portion out of my circular. Also, my handstands, I've been practicing my eclipses and leg grabs, which also took me about 30 mins a day to do, which actually now are really too easy for me. I am going to focus more on other things.

Revised schedule:
Handstands
- Handstand Leg Grab (Do 3 times just to keep it)
- Eclipse (Do 3 times just to keep it)
- Handhops (Try to achieve about 3 hops)
- Hollowback
- Handstand Spins
- Handstand Switches

Baby Freezes
- Baby Freeze to Airchair
- Baby Freeze to Headstand
- Baby Freeze to Forearm Freeze
- Baby Freeze Walks

Headstands
- Headstand Spins
- Headstand to Handstand

Spins
- Airchair Spins
- Windmills

Basically I am going to focus more time on my handstand spins and switches. I am also going to start learning headstand spins (Halos not headspins) and I will learn how to switch from my headstands to handstands.
